Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (What Youll Do)

Client Engagement: Consult with potential clients to identify their unique health insurance needs and financial goals.

Lead Generation: Execute grassroots marketing strategies and manage a mix of warm and cold outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

Consultative Selling: Present and explain various health insurance products, highlighting specific benefits and coverage limitations clearly.

Proposal Development: Create customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances.

Policy Management: Oversee the application process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with your book of business to provide ongoing support and renewal assistance.

Requirements (Qualifications)

Licensing: Active Florida 2-15 (Life, Health, and Variable Annuity) license is required.

Experience: 12 years of sales experience preferred (Insurance, Financial Services, or high-end Retail).

Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
