Licensed Commercial Customer Service Represntative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative to support and service a growing book of commercial insurance clients. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and providing prompt, knowledgeable service to meet client needs.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including general liability, commercial auto, property, workers compensation, and umbrella policies
• Process policy changes such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals
• Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; recommend solutions when appropriate
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
• Assist producers with new business submissions, quoting, and binding coverage
• Prepare certificates of insurance, evidence of coverage, and other documentation
• Manage renewal process, including remarketing when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
• Ensure compliance with carrier underwriting guidelines and state regulations

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
• 2+ years of commercial insurance servicing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and policy structures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
