Location: Braintree, MA | Hybrid (Telehealth + In-Person)
Compensation: Up to $70/hour (based on billable services provided)
Aster Mental Health, a physician-founded and female-led private practice, is expanding and looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our supportive, client-centered team. This hybrid role includes both telehealth and in-person sessions at our bright, modern Braintree, MA office.

We’re Hiring: Independently Licensed Mental Health Clinicians
We're looking for dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide therapy to adults and/or adolescents in a hybrid model of care.
Required Licensure (Massachusetts or eligible):
- LMHC
- LMFT
- LICSW

What We’re Looking For:
- Fully licensed in MA (or willing to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Experienced in evidence-based therapy for adults and/or adolescents
- Timely and accurate documentation (ideally same-day notes)
- Able to collaborate with colleagues and external providers
- Available to offer at least 15 client sessions per week
- Preference to commit to one day in office per week (flexibility to be in the office more frequently as requested)
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Tech-comfortable and solution-focused
