Location: New York
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for an LCSW to deliver virtual therapy and clinical support to clients across Indiana. This position focuses on helping clients manage mental health concerns, improve daily functioning, and work toward treatment goals in a professional telehealth setting. The day-to-day work includes therapy sessions, assessments, care planning, documentation, and ongoing progress review.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with adult clients
• Perform intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Create treatment plans based on presenting needs and goals
• Document sessions, interventions, and progress notes accurately
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support
• Monitor client response to treatment and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in New York
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
• Excellent communication and time management skills
