Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Description

This role offers licensed clinical social workers the opportunity to provide therapy through a fully remote model. Your work will focus on assessment, intervention, and ongoing support for individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges, all within a structured telehealth framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
• Evaluate client progress and modify interventions
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with internal support teams

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of Hawaii
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in clinical mental health services
• Strong written communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
