We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) for a full-time remote/telehealth role serving clients in Michigan.

As part of this role, you will help clients address mental health concerns through structured therapy sessions, clinical assessments, goal setting, and consistent follow-up. You will also be responsible for keeping documentation accurate and staying aligned with professional and ethical standards.

Position Details
Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Provide remote counseling sessions using a secure telehealth system
• Assess presenting concerns and clinical history
• Build treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Offer therapeutic interventions and track progress over time
• Document sessions and treatment updates promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable practice standards
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal support staff

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
• Active LCMHC license
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Ability to build rapport and manage sessions effectively in a virtual format
• Reliable organizational and documentation habits
• Comfortable with technology and online clinical systems
