Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Buyer Agent to assist clients throughout the home buying journey, transforming opportunities into successful closings.

This position offers a long-term career path for a licensed real estate professional who excels in follow-up, relationship development, and confidently guiding buyers. You will engage with active buyers, promptly respond to inquiries, coordinate appointments, conduct home showings, and support clients from their initial contact through to contract signing.

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch training program to Build. Scale. Exit.
• Apply PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to create a Predictable Income Engine
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and guide home selection to Close More. Earn More.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent with a minimum of 3 years’ proven success in sales
• Self-motivated closer built for top performance and eager to outgrow your brokerage
• Expert at building rapport, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that lead to bigger checks ahead
• Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and turning databases into deals with predictable closings daily
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections and stopping the grind with commission freedom now
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, dedicated to providing exceptional service and building a real business
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities, open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques for scalable success
