Salary Range:
Introduction
The position is responsible for compliance and audit management, process management, and client relationship management within the company. The role requires adherence to jurisdiction regulations regarding licensing for all business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years experience in an office setting.
- Experience interpreting and processing business-related forms (e.g., mortgage documents, insurance forms).
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Experience communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one) and in writing (emails, letters) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, external licensing agencies).
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane, and/or print functions).
- Prior work experience in the industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with compliance and audit management.
- Familiarity with jurisdiction regulations regarding licensing.
- Experience in process management and client relationship management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Apply company policies and SOX-related compliance policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Process pharmacy, DEA, business, and other licenses as needed.
- Research applicable rules and regulations within each state, county, and city taxing jurisdiction affecting the operations of company business units.
- Review jurisdiction rules, regulations, and business practices to complete license applications for different business units.
- Contact Pharmacy Boards and other licensing agency personnel to address compliance issues or clarify licensing requirements.
- Research requirements for new locations and complete all applications for the operation of the business.
- Maintain License Automation System, New Store Checklist, and Beer and Wine Checklist as tasks are performed.
