TradeSTAR is working with a respected Texas-based technology integrator seeking Level I AV Technicians to support large-scale commercial and educational projects across North Texas. You ll work alongside seasoned AV pros installing the systems that power schools, corporate spaces, and major institutions across the state.

Our client is a Texas based technology Integrator with over twenty years serving North Texas and Surrounding states. Their primary focus is the education sector, but they also design and install systems for other large-scale institutions and commercial properties. As a Level I AV Technician, you ll support installations on active commercial job sites and grow your technical skillset daily.
Pull and route AV cabling (Cat6, speaker wire, control cable, etc.)
Install support structures (J-hooks, bridle rings, cable tray)
Assist with mounting displays, projectors, speakers, and AV hardware
Perform basic terminations under supervision
Assist in rack buildouts and equipment placement
Support testing and system verification
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
You ll work directly with Level II and Lead Technicians while gaining real-world field experience.

Who You Are
0 2 years of commercial AV, low voltage, or structured cabling experience
Comfortable pulling cable and working on ladders or lifts
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Team-oriented and eager to learn
Safety-conscious and professional on job sites
