Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a temporary Legal Recruiting Specialist to support legal recruiting efforts by coordinating end-to-end processes for various candidate-types.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on all aspects of the program including planning events, budget monitoring, orientation, etc.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and act as a key point of contact.
  • Manage candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and onboarding logistics.
  • Produce candidate reports and ensure accuracy of the ATS system.
  • Manage and support the program through additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience are required, ideally at a law firm.
  • Experience with campus or graduate recruiting is highly desired.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and viRecruit is required.
  • Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.

Position Information:

  • $36/hr-$42/hr, depending on experience.
  • Temporary for 3 months with a strong potential for extension.
  • If permanent, converts to a salary of $85k-$97k, DOE.
  • Hours are 9:30am-5:30pm.
  • Hybrid with 3 days on-site in Washington, DC.
  • 100% on-site during the summer months.
