Well established, mid-sized Roseland, NJ firm seeks capable Paralegal/Legal Assistant to assist with RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL real estate closings as well as other tasks relating to legal assistance. Knowledge of Land Use is helpful but not required.
Candidates should be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. There is considerable client contact; therefore, effective communications are essential. Background should include experience with title and survey review, HUD, loan documentation etc. Duties will include but are not limited to review and preparation of all closing documents and ability to take a real estate closing from A-Z.
Please note: This is an on site position (not remote).
The work environment is exceptional. Staff is professional and positive and are proud of what they accomplish. Efforts are both expected and appreciated.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 There is no overtime required. Excellent medical benefits are provided as well as generous amount of paid time off and 401K.
