A mid-sized Atlanta law firm is seeking a Legal Marketing Assistant to support a wide range of marketing and client development initiatives. This highly collaborative role provides administrative and project support to the Business Development & Marketing team and works closely with firm leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of client events (seminars, dinners, happy hours, and virtual events), including logistics, materials, and RSVP tracking
- Coordinate conference rooms, vendors, and event-related needs
- Assist with marketing materials, including pitches, proposals, presentations, client alerts, and articles
- Update website content, attorney bios, and social media platforms
- Help prepare submissions for directories, awards, and client surveys
- Maintain and update CRM data, contact lists, and business development tracking
- Conduct basic competitive research to support business development efforts
- Assist with sponsorships, firm memberships, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior law firm or professional services experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM systems and document management tools preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus
