Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary legal advisor for all plant level operations
  • Advise leadership and HR on labor and employment matters including employee relations, union issues, disputes, investigations, and compliance
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and operational contracts
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance and internal policy compliance
  • Support environmental and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing operations
  • Manage audits, investigations, and compliance programs
  • Partner with and manage external counsel as needed
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and proactively advise leadership
  • Help establish legal processes and infrastructure for a growing operation

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor or LL.M. from an accredited law school
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong labor and employment law expertise
  • Solid background in corporate law and contract management
  • Working knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
  • Experience advising business leaders in fast-paced, operational settings
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills

Preferred Experience
  • Supporting a new facility launch or rapidly scaling operation
  • Experience in multinational or cross-cultural organizations
