Collections Specialist
We are seeking a Collections Specialist with a strong legal background, such as prior experience in a law firm, paralegal role, or legal collections environment. This position focuses on managing past‑due accounts while maintaining professionalism, compliance, and strong documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound collection efforts on assigned accounts
- Work with contracts, legal documentation, and account records
- Communicate with customers regarding balances, payment arrangements, and follow‑ups
- Track activity, correspondence, and outcomes with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams and follow established legal and compliance guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in legal collections, a law firm, or paralegal‑related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up and organization
- Professional, composed approach to collections (non‑aggressive)
- Experience with case management or CRM systems is a plus
This role is ideal for someone with legal exposure who enjoys structured, detail‑driven collections work in a professional setting.

MinSalary: USD65000
