Legal Assistants

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking several Legal Assistants for a potential contract to hire assignment in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $18.50 hr.

Candidate will be retrieving exhibits, entering case documentation, performing case research, uploading legal decisions, and creating hearing packets. Candidates must have knowledge of Google Apps and experience in the legal industry.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check. Email Word version of resume to hr@gouldintelligent.com and reference #AZ 10456. Include current location. Resumes without location information will not be considered.
