Job Details
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and attorney calendars
- Provide administrative support related to legal documentation and client files
- Assist with preparation, formatting, and proofreading of legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of client information
- Handle general office tasks including email management, data entry, and file maintenance
- Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or legal support role preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
