This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Chief Legal Counsel, supporting legal operations across a dynamic and creative organization.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Chief Legal Counsel, supporting legal operations across a dynamic and creative organization.

What You’ll Do
- Draft, format, and proofread contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Manage and maintain digital and physical legal files with precision
- Oversee and update legal databases and document management systems
- Support legal workflows across multiple departments including Design, Accounting, HR, Marketing, and PR
- Assist with contract tracking, compliance documentation, and internal legal requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution of legal processes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Legal Coordinator, or similar role
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting legal teams in architecture, construction, real estate, design, or entertainment industries
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or legal operations workflows
