What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative and legal support to in-house counsel and legal team
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Manage calendars, filings, and document tracking
- Assist with real estate transactions, contracts, and closing documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Maintain organized legal files and ensure compliance with deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience in real estate, corporate, or transactional law preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset
