Job Details
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation law firm
  • Hands-on experience with California and federal court filings and procedures
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Experience supporting partners and attorneys with scheduling, email management, and phone communications
  • Ability to organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic case files
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience drafting correspondence and legal forms
  • Ability to prepare, file, and e-file court documents
  • Experience assisting with trial preparation and litigation support tasks
  • Comfort handling clerical duties including scanning, copying, mailing, calendaring, and coordinating deliveries
  • Ability to assist with limited bookkeeping-related data entry, including invoice entry and deadline-driven tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment
