Description
- Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Maintain and update client files and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
- Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist with billing and expense tracking to ensure timely processing.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Profile
A successful Legal Administrative Assistant should have:
