JOB DUTIES:                       Responsible for managing multifamily apartment leasing for residential and commercial property management company. Specific duties include: (1) overseeing property management and leasing of apartments, condos, and/or houses, including management of day-to-day operations of all multifamily properties; (2) advertising vacant properties, developing strategies to promote the property, and coordinating open houses; (3) managing tenant relations and providing customer servicing; (4) overseeing operations and finance residential properties; (5) processing leases, paperwork, and applications, and ensuring compliance with lease terms; (6) supervising, training, and guiding leasing agents.

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related business field; two years of experience in apartment or property business management, including at least one year of leasing sales experience. Travel required to apartment complex locations in Oklahoma City and Norman, OK 1-2x/week to oversee leasing.
