Smart Staffing Solutions, a division of Temps Plus Inc., has supported the apartment and new home industries for over 30 years. We are currently seeking motivated Leasing Consultant / Administrative Assistant professionals to support multifamily communities throughout the Las Vegas, NV area.

What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you are the face of the community. You’ll create exceptional first impressions while supporting day-to-day operations.

• Welcome and engage prospective residents
• Conduct apartment tours and explain community features
• Qualify prospects and assist with the leasing process
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current residents
• Receive and route work orders and resident requests
• Provide administrative support to the onsite management team

What We’re Looking For

• Weekend availability (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio, and/or Entra (highly preferred)
• Lease-up experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Accurate typing and basic administrative skills
• No collections, evictions, or charge offs
• College degree or 5 years of equivalent professional experience

Schedule & Employment Type

• Full‑time or Part‑time opportunities available
• 8‑hour and 10‑hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling
• Weekend availability required

Experience Preferred

• 1+ year of professional customer service
• 1+ year of leasing experience
• Willingness to be cross trained in other areas
