Job Title: Leasing Associate

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $21.00 / hr.
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday


Leasing Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective residents through available units while sharing detailed information about the property and community.
• Process rent payments, issue late notices when necessary, and manage incoming maintenance requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, directing inquiries, and welcoming visitors and residents.
• Keep availability records up to date, including tracking open units and maintaining organized waitlists.
• Create and share engaging posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote the property.
• Support daily office operations by maintaining files, organizing workspace, and ordering necessary supplies.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to coordinate and follow up on resident service requests.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of the property to ensure it remains clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing roles is preferred (minimum of 2 years).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with others and promote available units.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and respond to evolving priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs or similar software tools.
