Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience producing and managing content projects within an agency, commercial production company, or in-house creative department.
  • 2 years of experience managing end-to-end video production lifecycles, including digital, and post-production.
  • Experience with NLE editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and professional camera operation for live-action filming.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in program management for creative agencies.
  • 5 years of experience producing video content for corporate learning and development for large tech companies.

The L and D Technical Excellence (T-Rex) team is dedicated to equipping our Data Center leaders, managers, teams, individual contributors, and partners with the necessary technical knowledge and professional skills to enable optimal performance, realize business value, and foster a technically skilled and safe workforce.

We are a team of Learning and Development experts, including Program Managers, Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, and Learning Management Systems professionals that collaborate and partner to build and deliver high-quality critical and technical learning and development solutions.As the Learning Technology Video Producer for the Technical Excellence (T-Rex) team, you will oversee the strategic development and implementation of premier live-action video communications tailored for the global data center workforce. You will serve as a primary architect of our video expansion strategy, facilitating internal stakeholders and international customers through the provision of sophisticated, compelling, and impactful technical educational experiences.

You will demonstrate versatile and progressive problem-solving capabilities, complemented by extensive proficiency in live-action cinematography and sophisticated non-linear post-production. You will provide subject matter expertise throughout the entire production lifecycle—encompassing conceptualization, technical operation, and final distribution—to ensure all initiatives adhere to strategic objectives, within budget, and the highest standards of creative integrity. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to inform future product development while advancing the evolution of innovative video methodologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of integrated video productions from inception through final delivery, ensuring seamless execution on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary camera operator and lead editor, utilizing advanced Non-linear Editor (NLE) workflows to create breakthrough, memorable content that pushes the boundaries of traditional Learning and Development formats.
  • Partner with cross-functional global teams to develop best practices and serve as a trusted advisor on the future of video-based learning solutions.
  • Develop effective production strategies and project schedules for films, ensuring all work is aligned with technical excellence standards. Develop and activate strategies for scaling video resources, tools, and processes globally to support the growth of the Data Center business.
  • Advocate for brand standards across all creative work, serving as a critical liaison between business partners and creative teams to meet specific communication objectives.
