Pay Range (must include “per hour”): $45-55

Job Description:
We’re seeking a hands?on Learning Technology Specialist to support enterprise learning platforms during system updates and stabilization, with a strong focus on execution and operational support.

What you’ll do:

• Support day?to?day administration of enterprise LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Degreed, Workday)
• Configure courses, curricula, assignments, audiences, and learning paths
• Upload, test, and validate learning content (SCORM/xAPI)
• Troubleshoot platform issues, provide Tier 2 support, and escalate when needed
• Run and validate reports related to training completions, assignments, and access
• Assist with release testing, regression testing, and post?release verification
• Work through support tickets, cleanup tasks, and operational backlogs
• Partner with L&D, HR, IT, and vendors to resolve issues and document solutions

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise LMS/LXP platforms
• Strong knowledge of LMS administration, reporting, and data validation
• Experience with Cornerstone, Degreed, and/or Workday
• Comfortable working from defined requirements and processes
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Work setup:

• Hybrid schedule (in office Tues–Thurs)
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours
