Overview

American Management Association is looking for a Learning Solutions Intern for our Product & Solutions Development division, supporting the development and implementation of Learning & Development products and solutions that service our public seminars and our private customer base.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review of OnDemand Learning Assets
  • Supporting Learning Solutions Managers with
    • Project management tasks and timelines on key initiatives
    • New product development
    • Revision of content and products
    • Simple edits and development on custom solutions engagement
    • Graphical uploads
  • Data and competitive analysis for product initiatives
  • Supporting organization on content and product repository
  • Research articles and data for product team
  • Administrative responsibilities
  • Other related duties

 

Qualifications

  • Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. (International students, have to be able to provide proof of work authorization)
  • Applicant has to be able to commute to Midtown Manhattan, New York City on a daily basis.
  • Bachelor's required, Graduate level intern with either I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, Training and Organizational Development preferred
  • Project management interest required (does not need to have project management in their background)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to support multiple projects and timelines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic project coordination and administrative experience
  • Ability to review, edit, and manage learning content and assets
  • Research and analytical skills, including competitive analysis
  • Comfortable using digital tools, content platforms, and file repositories
  • Interest in learning solutions, product development, or professional education

 

Hours: up to 28 hours per week, 4 days a week from 9am-5pm, six months (may be renewed)
