Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The Learning Designer II – Corporate Compliance Specialist provides LMS administration, technical support, and reporting oversight for Delta’s corporate compliance training programs. This role ensures accurate deployment, tracking, and audit readiness while supporting broader GLLD technical needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Administer corporate compliance training programs in the LMS, ensuring timely delivery and accurate learner tracking.
• Partner with the Strategy, Planning, and Innovation team to research, diagnose, and resolve compliance-related LMS issues.
• Support compliance reporting for audits, regulatory reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with course owners to support technical requirements and course publishing processes.
• Perform LMS troubleshooting and minor configuration adjustments to maintain system accuracy and performance.
• Provide additional LMS and technical support to GLLD programs as needed.

  • Manage larger instructional design initiatives
  • Develop instructional simulations, web content, advanced instructional media, and blended learning solutions
  • Evaluate learning content and courses
  • Deliver learning experiences using multiple training methodologies based on sound instructional design principles to include traditional instructor-based classroom learning, e-learning/m-learning courses
  • Apply knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design to the creation of instructional materials
  • Apply and modify various instructional design models and instructional systems
