Are you passionate about teaching and eager to make an impact in the aerospace industry? Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is looking for multiple motivated Instructors at a large aerospace facility in Everett and other locations!
Our Instructors will work within the Training Department, playing a key part in delivering engaging training programs on aerospace-related topics.
Your key role will involve leading practical demonstrations to equip aerospace employees with the essential skills and knowledge required for their success. Prior experience in Aerospace is not required

Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly Pay: Through Spherion
- Pay Rate: $32/hour
- Overtime Opportunities: Earn $48/hour for extra shifts
Work Schedule & Travel:
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile
- Flexibility for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
- Willingness to travel within the Everett to Puyallup area
- Professional client culture with a business casual dress code
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training materials in accordance with industry standards and educational best practices
- Provide both theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with relevant tools and equipment
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education provided
- Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocol
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry
- Manage basic technology to deliver training
- Prior experience working for an aerospace company is desired
Required Skills:
- Only US Citizens are eligible for this level of a project
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
