Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations + Extend for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in the DMV area or fully remote.

Responsibilities :
  • Design, architect, and build Workday Extend applications and integrations in the HCM space
  • Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and provide input on integration approach and Extend build patterns
  • Participate in architecture reviews and design discussions
Required Skills :
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
  • Advanced experience with Workday Extend (custom applications, API integrations)
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio integrations
  • Solid understanding of HCM functional areas (at least one of: Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance Management)
  • Strong problem-solving and technical judgement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills :
  • Workday Extend certification
  • Workday Integrations certification
  • Experience with multiple HCM functional areas above
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms or talent management systems
