Lead Sales Enablement & Training Specialist

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3–5 days/week, minimum of 1 day on-site)
Assignment Type: Fixed-term (6–8 months)
Reporting To: Sales Operations Leader

Role Summary

The Lead Sales Enablement & Training Specialist supports the design, coordination, and delivery of sales enablement and commercial training programs.

This role focuses on:

  • Organizing and optimizing enablement content and platforms
  • Supporting Challenger sales training programs
  • Ensuring continuity of training operations during a critical execution period

Note: This is not a technical or engineering training role. The focus is on sales enablement, seller readiness, and learning systems that drive commercial effectiveness.




Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Training Execution

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver sales training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning)
  • Support execution of Challenger sales training programs, including:
    • Scheduling and logistics
    • Facilitator coordination
    • Learner communications
    • Follow-up activities
  • Partner with Sales Excellence, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to align training with business priorities



Enablement Content & Platform Management

  • Manage and maintain sales enablement content within Highspot
  • Improve content structure, taxonomy, and usability
  • Ensure sellers can easily find and apply relevant materials
  • Archive outdated or redundant content
  • Support content governance standards



Learning Management System (LMS) Optimization

  • Clean up and rationalize LMS training content
  • Improve:
    • Learning paths
    • Course structure
    • Enrollment logic
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development programs
  • Maintain and enhance existing programs (no net-new curriculum design required)



Program Effectiveness & Reporting

  • Track training participation and completion metrics
  • Monitor basic effectiveness indicators
  • Provide regular updates on:
    • Program progress
    • Risks
    • Improvement opportunities
  • Use feedback and data to support continuous improvement



Leadership & Collaboration

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Prioritize and execute work using sound judgment
  • Coordinate vendors, facilitators, and contributors as needed
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders during the coverage period



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in:
    • Sales training
    • Sales enablement
    • Learning & Development or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot)
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with Challenger sales methodology
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
