We’re seeking a Senior Lead System Administrator to lead and optimize our hybrid cloud infrastructure. You’ll drive automation, mentor our admin team, and lead key projects—including M&A integrations—as we scale. This role is perfect for someone who loves building secure, resilient, and customer?focused systems.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead administration of Windows/Linux servers, AD, Entra ID, Intune, and Group Policies.
  • Manage Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, storage, and landing zones.
  • Implement automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell).
  • Optimize VMware, Hyper?V, Horizon, and Azure virtualization environments.
  • Support backup/DR strategies and partner with security teams.
  • Ensure strong network performance and security (SASE, VPN, firewalls).
  • Monitor system health and resolve complex issues proactively.
  • Mentor system administrators and provide technical leadership.
  • Collaborate on compliance, security initiatives, and M&A integration efforts.


Qualifications
  • 10+ years in system administration (Windows/Linux).
  • Deep Azure expertise (Landing Zones, AVD, Monitoring, Performance).
  • Strong background in VMware, AD, Entra, and hybrid cloud.
  • Proficient in automation/scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Intune, IaC).
  • Experience with monitoring, incident response, Intune, and Autopilot.


Preferred: Microsoft/VMware certifications, Security+, DevOps/IaC familiarity.
