Job Description:
Join our team in Audubon, PA as a Lead Software Engineer, where you'll design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications.
This full-time role requires expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
You'll lead a team to ensure best coding practices and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development team, providing guidance on architecture and design best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and implement scalable applications.
Ensure code quality and security through reviews and design patterns.
Drive agile methodologies and manage the full software development lifecycle.
Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
5 years of experience in backend and frontend technologies.
1 year of experience leading a development team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to changing requirements.
