Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced React Native Lead with a strong background in iOS development (3–4 years) to lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications for a major telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable mobile solutions, leading development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

​​Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native with a focus on performance and scalability

  • Design and implement reusable, high-quality code for iOS platforms

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers

  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing strategies

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness

  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries/services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

  • Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends

​​Required Qualifications:

  • ​9+ years of overall mobile development experience

  • 3–4 years of hands-on iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C)

  • Strong experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Experience with native modules and bridging between React Native and iOS

  • Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.)

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile app integration

  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

​​Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the telecommunications domain

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

  • Knowledge of app store deployment processes (Apple App Store)

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Experience with performance tuning and memory optimization
