COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $27.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• W2 employment

ROLE IMPACT
The Lead Program Support Specialist serves as a compliance lead supporting Early Learning Programs and Child Care Services (CCS). This role ensures adherence to partnership agreements, subsidy guidelines, and regulatory requirements through consistent monitoring, documentation, and provider engagement. Success is defined by audit-ready records, accurate caseload tracking, proactive compliance oversight, and strong cross-functional coordination that protects program integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned Early Learning Program caseload, ensuring timely follow-up, documentation accuracy, and compliance tracking
- Monitor adherence to Early Learning Program Partnership Agreements, program manuals, and Child Care Services (CCS) subsidy guidelines
- Provide technical assistance to providers on compliance standards, documentation requirements, database reporting, and partnership expectations
- Facilitate and monitor provider orientations to ensure understanding of regulatory obligations and operational requirements
- Maintain and audit provider database records, ensuring agreement details, compliance status, corrective actions, and required documentation are current
- Identify compliance gaps, escalate issues as appropriate, and support corrective action plans to maintain program standards
- Partner with leadership to support audit preparation, reporting requirements, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Social Services, Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in program compliance, case management, regulatory oversight, subsidy administration, or related support role
- Demonstrated ability to interpret policies, manage documentation, communicate compliance standards clearly, and maintain accuracy in high-volume environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pre-employment background check required

- Standard office software (email, word processing, shared drives)
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting childcare subsidy programs, early education partnerships, or government-funded programs
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on documentation control and audit readiness
- Experience leading orientations, trainings, or compliance briefings
Equipment & Work Environment
- Standard office environment with frequent computer and database use
- Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
- Repetitive use of hands for reaching, handling, and turning
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds; includes light lifting of supplies and materials
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus; must be able to twist, turn, kneel, bend, and stoop as needed
