Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
Experience: 8 years experience business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis, technical design/development implantation or equivalent experience OR
6 years Previous product owner experience with an in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in new or emerging AI initiatives.
Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution, ensuring incremental delivery of AI projects with measurable outcomes.
Proven experience working on AI products or supporting AI department planning and strategy.
Strong knowledge and understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, trends, and business requirements.
Exceptional communication skills to lead, facilitate, and drive conversations with senior management and stakeholders for AI ideation, strategic alignment, and exploration.
Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentations and decks to showcase AI use cases, feasibility studies, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting department-level planning, particularly within data science, AI, or similar technical domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Ability to identify, explore, and prioritize AI use cases across multiple business units, translating business needs into actionable plans and product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess AI opportunities, risks, and feasibility.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business owners, etc.) to align product goals with AI strategies.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe), with a focus on integrating AI solutions within product planning and delivery cycles.

In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
