We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Customer Profile & Platform capabilities. This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable, secure, and data-driven platform solutions that power seamless omni-channel customer experiences.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, analytics, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that serve millions of customers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role
- Strong experience in platform product management (customer data, APIs, or enterprise platforms)
- Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning)
- Experience using data, analytics, and KPIs to drive product decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services / fintech / lending domain
- Exposure to customer 360 / customer profile platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, etc.)
