What You’ll Do
- Process payroll for 500+ employees with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle certified payroll reporting and ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper payroll allocations.
- Stay ahead of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with professionalism and care.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of payroll experience.
- Proficiency in ADP, Paylocity, or similar payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for working with employees, union reps, and leadership.
