THE BIG PICTURE

Grace Chapel on High Holly Mountain (https://www.graceonhighholly.com/join-team) is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor. Nestled in the scenic beauty of Scaly Mountain, North Carolina, our church is aChrist-centered, Bible-believing community with a deep love for God and for one another. We are prayerfully seeking a servant-hearted leader who is called to shepherd a congregation eager to grow in worship, discipleship, and outreach. Our people are warm, engaged, and ready to support a pastor whowill lead with humility, vision, and biblical conviction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead worship services and deliver biblical, Spirit-led sermons

Provide pastoral care, guidance, and encouragement to the congregation

Partner with staff and volunteers to nurture and grow church ministries

Engage with our local community through outreach and missions

Collaborate with church leadership to discern and pursue God's vision for our future

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has a strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Holds a Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree from an accredited institution

Is ordained or licensed as a pastor

Brings at least five years of pastoral and leadership experience

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Encourages teamwork and empowers others to serve

Cares deeply for people and models Christlike humility

The Compensation

Our compensation package is from $95-100,000 which includes benefits
