A Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with Azure Databricks expertise
IQuote and CPQ lead
Key Responsibilities
- Typically, 10+ years in .NET development, with at least 4+ years specifically in Azure Databricks and cloud architecture.
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable applications, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and high-quality coding practices.
- Architect and build robust backend services using C# .NET Core and responsive frontends with frameworks like Angular or React.
- Design and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Databricks to handle large-scale data transformation and movement.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams.
- Oversee automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory, and SQL optimization for massive datasets.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Utilize the Azure DevOps Documentation to refine your leadership in CI/CD and project tracking.
- Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management (Act as the single point of contact for the client on-site)
- Understand overall application and associated integrations and data flow.
- Gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements
- Work with architects and offshore teams to ensure solutions align with Client expectations and Technology standards
- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned projects
- Translate technical issues into business-friendly language for stakeholders
- Escalate issues appropriately with clear impact and recommended actions
- Identify delivery, technical, and operational risks early
- Own issue resolution and escalation management
- Experience in Python should be a plus
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range Minimum: $ 77,000/Annual
- Pay Range Maximum: $ 188,000/ Annual

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
