Lead Medical Support Assistant - Telework

Sterling Medical is seeking a Full time Lead Medical Support Assistant to support various Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) including Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

 Regular business hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Work location: Telework in Seattle, WA

Qualifications

Education. High school diploma or GED.  

Specialized Experience. One year of specialized experience collaborating with medical clinicians across multiple disciplines, scheduling appointments, and possessing an advanced knowledge of policies and procedures associated with care delivery.

Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, the technical health care process, policy and procedure related to coordination of care.
