Job Description
Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential
Join Amcor as a Lead Machine Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality products that protect what’s important in the healthcare industry.
Schedule
Shift: Monday - Thursday; 6:45pm - 7:00am

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
What you’ll do:
+ Coordinate and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations according to established procedures, standards and customer requirements.
+ Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
+ Serves as a backup for Production Supervisor.
+ Lead onboarding of new hires within department.
+ Lead and provide tactical support for information and data improvements within the department.
+ Lead targeted continuous improvement efforts (rapid improvement teams, Kaizen events, 5S, etc.).
What We Want From You: Lead the Pack
Preferred qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree with emphasis on a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Minimum of 3 years supervisory/leadership experience

+ Lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Stand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required)
