Lead Line Cook

What You'll Do:

Prepare fresh caf fare including sandwiches, salads, and daily specials

Manage food ordering, inventory, and kitchen organization

Develop creative specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and your own culinary voice

Maintain a clean, efficient, and positive kitchen environment

Uphold consistency and quality in every dish, every shift

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of kitchen experience preferred but if you're eager, hardworking, and passionate, we want to hear from you

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage food ordering and inventory

A creative mindset with a desire to contribute ideas, not just execute them

Reliable, consistent, and a genuine team player

Someone who wants to be part of building something from the beginning

NYC Food Handler Certificate required (or willingness to obtain before start date)

$25/hr based on experience
