- Manage end-to-end residential real estate closings with confidence and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders.
- Review and prepare title commitments, closing disclosures, and settlement statements.
- Resolve title issues quickly in collaboration with our in-house legal team.
- Maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
- Enhance and grow the Celebration office as a top-tier destination for agents and clients.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (required)
- 3+ years of experience in Florida residential closings or title processing.
- Strong communication and client-service professionalism.
- Ability to manage a pipeline accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with RamQuest, SoftPro, Qualia, or similar systems.
- Active Florida Title License (preferred) or the ability to obtain one.
