Lead IT Auditor

- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of IT and cyber-related audits
- Assess technology risks and evaluate controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, SOX, and COBIT
- Review cybersecurity practices, including access controls, network security, and change management processes
- Develop clear, actionable audit findings and collaborate with stakeholders on remediation strategies
- Partner with IT, security, and operational teams to strengthen the control environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, CEH, GPEN, OSCP, or similar preferred
- 3+ years of experience in IT audit, internal audit, cybersecurity assessment, or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), risk assessment, and technology control frameworks
- Hands-on familiarity with networks, applications, platforms, and information security tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
- Experience in Big 4 or large, complex audit environments a plus
- Office-based role with 10-15% travel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
