The Lead HVAC Field Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences while maintaining the technical excellence our customers depend on. This position serves as the face of our company in the field, combining advanced HVAC expertise with outstanding customer communication to diagnose systems, solve problems, and build trust with every interaction. You'll work independently in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills, professionalism, and positive attitude directly impact customer satisfaction and company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Service: Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems with precision and efficiency
- Customer Communication: Explain technical issues clearly, provide solution options, and ensure customers feel informed and confident
- Community Outreach: Introduce services to neighbors through door-to-door engagement and build brand awareness in service areas
- Operational Excellence: Maintain constant communication with dispatch via company app, manage daily schedule, and arrive punctually to appointments
- Vehicle Management: Keep service van clean, organized, and properly stocked with parts and tools
- Transaction Processing: Accept payments and handle service transactions accurately and professionally
- Safety Leadership: Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols on all job sites
- Documentation: Complete service reports, update customer records, and communicate job details effectively
Technical Must-Haves:
- EPA Section 8 Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
Professional Skills:
- 3+ years hands-on HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse customer personalities
- Experience with digital tools and mobile apps for scheduling and communication

- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
