Lead Hardscape Project Manager

Location: Middletown, PA (serving Lancaster, Harrisburg, & Surrounding Areas)

Our teams transition into commercial snow operations and equipment/facility maintenance during the off-season.

This is a true field leadership role. We are looking for a rockstar to oversee multiple hardscape crews while actively supporting production, quality control, safety, and jobsite standards. This person will take the utmost pride in ownership of their role and inspire others in everything they do.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 1-6 crew members across hardscape projects
• Plan labor, equipment, and material needs for jobs
• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor features
• Operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and heavy tools
• Read plans/blueprints and ensure work is executed correctly
• Maintain daily job logs, safety standards, and PPE compliance
• Communicate with clients and office staff
• Snow Removal in Winter. This may include overnight, early mornings, and extended shifts during snow events.

Qualifications

• High School Education, 3 to 7 years of hardscape/construction leadership, or related experience. 
• Ability to read plans and manage production timelines
• Math and measuring skills
• Experience driving a pickup truck/trailer combo is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Background check upon conditional offer of employment
• Smartphone/data device capability for field communication
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 year-round employment with snow removal in the winter
• Pay: $75,000 to $100,000 per year (based on experience and leadership capability)
• Overtime
• Paid Vacation - 80 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours at 1 year of employment. (maxing at 120 hours after 5 years)
• Unpaid Vacation - 80 hours annually 
• Paid Sick time - 24 hours annually 
• Health Insurance Reimbursement - one-half of the monthly cost up to $150
• 401K Match - 100% match on the first 3%, 0.5% on the next 2% contributed for a total of 4% match on 5% contribution
• Paid Holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve day
• Employee Referral Bonus Program
• Uniform Program - covers 50% of the weekly rental cost (employee contribution is optional and not required for the job)
