Residential Service Electrician Who Leads From the Front

Innovative Air is a multi-trade residential home services team (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, IAQ) known for high standards, strong communication, and doing the job right, down to the details. We're looking for a Lead Electrician Service Technician to join our team.

As a Lead Electrician Service Technician, you'll handle residential electrical service work, troubleshoot efficiently, and set the tone for professionalism and safety in customers' homes.

Key responsibilities for Lead Electrician Service Technician

• Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues; complete service upgrades/repairs as assigned
• Ensure work is code-compliant and safety-forward
• Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners
• Document jobs in ServiceTitan (preferred)
• Support continuous improvement: clean work, clean closeout, strong customer experience

Qualifications for Lead Electrician Service Technician

• 3 or more years of residential service electrical experience
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (per company policy/insurer requirements).
• Employment is contingent on passing a background check consistent with applicable law.
• Journeyman electrical license/certification preferred (as applicable in our service area).
• Professional communication and a "white glove" mindset

Pay & benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employee 
• Pay: $35 to $50 per hour; final offer depends on licensing and experience
• Bonus/spiff opportunities (role-dependent)
