**Your Responsibilities**
- Spearhead electrical designs for both new projects and renovation endeavors
- Assist in project management by overseeing timelines, budgets, and project objectives
- Perform field studies, code compliance checks, and site evaluations
- Mentor junior engineering staff and coordinate various disciplinary teams
- Develop and sustain high-value client interactions to maintain a strong referral rate

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 10–20 years of expertise in the realms of power systems, lighting, and controls
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Skilled user of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, AGI32, SKM, or Easypower
- Demonstrated leadership and effective communication talents
- Practical fieldwork knowledge and adaptability to diverse site environments

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Medium-Voltage (MV) distribution
- RCDD certification
- Background in federal projects, understanding UFC, UFGS, and FAR
- Established client contacts within the NC/SC, Mid-Atlantic, or South-Central U.S.
- Familiarity with higher education systems and NC State Construction Office protocols

- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to project access prerequisites
