Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Lead on-site construction operations from start through completion
+ Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
+ Manage subcontractors, daily schedules, and site logistics
+ Oversee project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and inspections
+ Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance across all activities
+ Coordinate closely with Project Managers and field teams
+ Maintain strong knowledge of contract documents and project scope
+ Support planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities
+ Drive quality control and ensure all inspections and testing requirements are met
+ Mentor and support field staff development
Qualifications -
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience
+ 2–5 or more years as a Construction Superintendent (or higher-level field leadership)
+ Experience on commercial, municipal, or education projects preferred
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
