Position: Building Construction Lead Carpenter / Forman
G-Net Construction is looking to hire a Construction Carpenter! we are a full-service general construction company offering a full-time opportunity to grow with us!

Position: Building Construction Lead Carpenter / Forman
- Drywall partition framing & drywall installation.
- Window & door installation.
- Finish carpentry (wood moldings, wood handrails, door trim, etc.)
- Door hardware installation.
- Cement board & bathroom waterproofing membrane installation.
- Wood floor patching.
- Rough carpentry (floor joists, exterior & roof sheathing, floor underlayment, etc.)
- Drop drywall & ACT ceiling framing.
- Wood stairs installations.
- Wood and Trex Deck Framing.
Qualifications:
- MUST possess excellent communication skills and follow instructions from the field supervisor in English.
- MUST be detail-oriented and work neatly.
- MUST have own hand tools, basic power tools (And know how to use them!).
- MUST be able to legally work in the US and have a social security card.
- MUST have an OSHA-40 card.
- Basic PLUMBING skills/knowledge is a plus.
- Basic ELECTRICAL skills/knowledge is a plus.
- Basic HVAC skills/knowledge is a plus.
- A VALID NYS Driver's License is a plus.
- Basic experience in blueprint reading is a plus.
